The funny thing is I thought that I was fat than and I wasn't secure with my body. Well after going to get my yearly check up I realized that I have to be more serious about my health and weight. - Working out a minimum of 45 minutes a day.
- Drink you half of your body weight in oz of water a day, to do that you will take the number of pounds you weigh and multiply that by 2/3 and that total will be the number of ounces you would need to drink.
- Track you food intake and count calories. You don't have to meet you daily calories every day but make the effort. By tracking what you eat makes you more conscious of staying on track.

● Must submit weight loss stats every 2 weeks by MIDNIGHT. If you're trying to gain muscle or weight to build muscle please submit those stats bi-weekly by MIDNIGHT. First date for submission of stats will be February 16, 2014. (Via: Instagram, email, facebook, twitter, or website) 5pts
●Must post a picture of a healthy meal at least once a week on a social media platform (can post more pics for more entries) Post pictures of a healthy meal that you are having in part to your diet or fitness plan. The more meals you post the more points earned. (No screenshots will be accepted of fake meals)
